Barry Lynn's first guest is Linda R. Monk J.D. Linda is one of the greatest "explainers" of the U.S. Constitution. She has twice won the American Bar Association's prestigious Silver Gavel Award for public education about the law.

5th Edition of The Bill of Rights: A User's Guide, with the forward by Ruth Bader Ginsberg), available at http://lindamonk.com.
More information about her projects is also available on her website and she can be followed on Twitter @LindaRMonkJD.
Barry and Linda discuss whether it is time for a new Constitutional convention and how the ERA may still
become part of the Constitution and whether the powers of the Senate should be modified.
Barry and Joyce discuss the Religious Right's efforts to eliminate access to both abortion and contraception (falsely labelling it as "abortion inducing"), and the very real possibility of the current Supreme Court reversal of the vitally important Roe v. Wade decision, and the danger of complacency about the future of reproductive rights, even in liberal States. More HERE
